The email notifying that a Lend Request has been added says that "Anonymous" has sent a request. The particular book is listed, but no other details. Can the details in the request (especially the name) be included in the email? Thank you.

Anonymous - that mean: user not login - so me can't check his name.

More info about lend request you may take in yours Book library lend request manager.
If you wish take more info in email - you need check function:
saveLendRequest
in file:{yours host}/components/com_booklibrary/booklibrary.php

Or you may order custom version from OrdaSoft contact form with all features what you wish
