I'm having trouble downloading information from Amazon.com. I have an AWS account & the Keys are saved in the Backend setup.

This is the error message:

faultcode: AWS.InvalidParameterValue, faultstring: 978-0152016708 is not a valid value for ItemId. Please change this value and retry your request.



Same message for all books in the library. Have just upgraded from 1.0Pro to 1.5Pro. It's on a completely new Joomla site so I followed the instructions to export the data from oldsite, import the data to newsite.

All is working fine except the 'fetch' information from Amazon.com. Any ideas?

First of all ISBN what you use in BookLibrary must be without any blank sings at start and at end.

Do you set all three parameters for Amazon server ?

Can you try set default parameters for amazon server - and check work some thing or not?

If that not help can you send through "Contact Form" http://ordasoft.com/Contact/category/?catid=0 yours sit or yours demo site supper admin account and we will try check where error.
