I have an add instance layout as a form. When submitting, the form is not submitted and there is a 404.

in my test it works, but the customer keeps reporting the 404. Would you be so kind as to test the form and tell me, if it works or not.

Hello
Please check: Joomla show "404 error" - only if component to which (joomla think) was redirect - return some error. If component did not returned error - Joomla not show "404 error" - only component show some Notice

There, after form submit, I see "Your request has been sent successfully"
