Joomla Translate component support

I have a problem with launching your SEF Translate FREE component on my Joomla 3.10.3 for translate my website.
Can you advise me on what these problems may be caused by?

For now we know, 1 error which may happened, it is conflict Google Translate API with mootools JavaScript. Please turn off mootools - and your website translation will work good.
With help this plugin You may turn off mootools on Joomla
